GrandCentral was bought by Google in 2007 I believe it was. It actually is a very exciting idea. There are literally hosts of features AND totally free calling which can ring all your numbers or whichever one you wish.
As you can see, to the left, you can install a button on your website without revealing your phone number if that is important to you.
If you wish to call my number, please feel free. It will be forwarded to my VOIP Vonage number. However if I am on a trip or away from my desk for a while, then I have them all forwarded to a voicemail which comes to you by email. Just click on the button, providing of course you have a microphone attached to your PC. The receiver, me, will receive your call whatever way I chose as outlined above.
On top of all the other goodies available, all for free, all calls are logged for you so that you can check later for when a call was placed to you or what the person’s phone number is.
