Kijiji.ca or Kijiji.com and more. Each country has their own extension [.ca = Canada .com = USA]. I have sold a lot of things through this site. I also have bought several items through it. It is arranged by cities. Each area will have it’s own city kijiji. Your listing appears only there unless you go to the page of other cities and list there as well.
Free is free. Disadvantage is everyone is looking for a giveaway, like an internet yard sale. Also the listing is only one city limiting your market. But how do you beat free? There is a reader called Kijiji reader which used to be free but now is for sale. Maybe you can find the free one and use it to search any cities you want all at once!
